Food was delicious, waiter was very very knowledgeable about menu. The interior acoustics made it very hard to hear one another. We enjoyed the wine and the pot roast short ribs, and salmon were amazing

My family and I had dinner at Talia and we were blown away by how good the food was. Every single one of us loved our meal. The side options were very good as well. We cannot wait to come back in the future!

I love that the restaurant is on the Hot Springs property, inclusive of lovely ambience and friendly wait staff, however, I cannot say my dinner party nor I enjoyed the food. Everyone commented on the expense in relation to what we received for the price. I personally asked for Sherlock Holmes to investigate the mystery behind the five star reviews because we all just didn’t see this restaurant’s offerings in the same light. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. It’s a shame too because we were celebrating our bestie’s birthday… but having mentioned that, let me ask you.. would you pair matcha powder chunks with a chocolate cake? It’s just wrong to attack taste buds unnecessarily like that.

I took my daughter to Murrieta Hot Springs for her birthday and the dinner we had at Talia’s was wonderful. Our waitress was adorable and very attentive, food was exceptional!

This chef knows what he is doing. Unique dishes with very rich flavors, can't recommend it highly enough.

We ordered the pot roast. It was overcooked, over salted, and overpriced. I would not recommend this restaurant.

All the food was delicious but the sides are big and good for sharing so we were kind of disappointed that they told us to all get a main and a side when we could have split 2-3 different sides and literally share them amongst 6 people. Very friendly staff and the ricotta dish was especially good.
