When you walk through the shadowed glass doors of Talulla's, an instant transformation begins to occur. Your mind and body begin to relax. Your ears pick up on the eclectic mix of music. Your eyes wonder around the walls, decorated in Turkish rugs; then the ceilings, scattered with warm, unique lighting pieces; then the floors... the dark, hardwood floors; and finally, across the plush seating areas, disguised by cushions and pillows and fabric leisurely draped around the frames.

                                                                                                          Our party of 3 had reservations and were quickly seated. Service was fast and friendly, gave excellent advice and made us feel at home and appreciated. Had the cold appetizer sampler that was amazing. The mousakka was great. I also tried my daughter’s lamb dish- also fantastic. Highly recommended ! Also suggest reservations as rhe place was packed with a lot of people who also looked happy. ! Oh. And rhe cocktails were perfect ! We plan on going back.

                                                                                                          A thoroughly pleasing evening in every way: food, service, and ambiance. The restaurant was full and there was lots of happy conversation. Thanks to the beautiful textiles on the walls, the acoustics were great and my older dining partners had no trouble hearing each other.

                                                                                                          Interesting authentic decor, attentive and friendly servers, delicious food. Doors were open to the street in a very cool night so we asked to move to the back and were accommodated. Very good experience.

                                                                                                          First time dining…met friends…parking is always a bit difficult on Franklin Street…plan on arriving earlier than reservation Staff was friendly accommodating (requested a quiet table hit one in the far corner) and sever efficient and patiently explained menu items (although it seemed short staff and it was a Saturday night everything arrived at the same time and waitress was sure to check on us) Food was delicious…and portions ample…definitely a place to go with friends or another couple…well worth a visit
