                                                              I went to Tambo Restaurant and ordered ricotta ravioli. The pasta was spectacular and the place was magnificent to spend a very pleasant and enjoyable time. 100% recommended.

                                                              I had an amazing experience at Tambo. Tasty unique dishes and friendly staff. I highly recommend trying the brioche carrillera and salmon tacos.

                                                              This place is amazing. I was not expecting to have an experience like this. The service was really great. Very kind staff and attentive. The food was mind-blowing. Very authentic latin fusion. The cocktails were amazing. I will definitely be returning.

                                                              I felt like I had been transported to a tropical oasis. Jonathan, the general manager, warmly welcomed us and guided us to our table. The Latin fusion cuisine was an absolute delight, and I was thoroughly impressed by the creativity of each dish. Our server, Tomas, was incredibly knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations.

                                                              Una experiencia única para compartir y pasar un buen rato ,platos exquisitos entre mis preferencias estuvo el chicharrón exquisito con una mezcla de sabores únicos que te transportan a otro mundo y ni hablar de los tragos mi preferido el dragón colada con unos colores y un sabor excelente. Recomiendo el lugar 100% una mezcla cultural de comida tradicional que te transportan a las culturas culinarias de muchas regiones

The cuisine is a fresh take on latin fusion, offering different varieties of hot and cold starters and larger entrees to share. The Chicharron is a must-have with the Good Vibes cocktail! We were also urged to try their corvina ceviche and tuna canutos, both of which were mouth-watering! A big thank you to our server, Tomas, for those recommendations. Our steak was juicy, tender, and well seasoned, and paired nicely with the bottle of Numanthia we ordered. For dessert, we chose their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was topped with a mixed berry coulis and dressed with dulce de leche. Will definitely be coming back to have it again. The service overall was exceptional, and the ambiance was relaxing and casual. The staff was very helpful and promptly switched our plates and utensils between dishes. We'd love to come back and try out the rest of their drinks! The cocktail menu was very appealing and featured a unique blend of ingredients!

                                                              I had such a wonderful time at Tambo! The creative twists they put on their dishes were fantastic. I especially loved the la Carne with fofo—super delicious! Our server, Tomas, was absolutely lovely and offered some amazing recommendations. I’d definitely give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it to everyone!
