Welcome to our three story restaurant located in the heart of historic Downtown Loveland, where we serve seasonal cuisine created by Chef Tano, complete with signature cocktails, local craft beer, and a carefully curated wine selection. Now open 7 days a week for dinner, we offer outdoor seating on the rooftop patio, Sunday brunch, private dining experiences on our spacious second floor, as well as catering packages and a la carte menus for any special occasion. Our purpose is to cultivate meaningful relationships within our community by extending the simple things- quality food sourced from sustainable and local vendors, sincere hospitality from a smiling face, and the ability to commemorate special moments by raising a glass. Always a great dining experience going to Tano Bistro. The food is excellent and the service is also. Parking is sometimes a challenge so get there a little early.

Interesting menu, made from scratch. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and useful with allergies. Cool and comfortable seating and atmosphere. Look forward to returning!

Went here on a date with my partner and were both slightly disappointed and extremely impressed. We started with some drinks from the bar. I got the Sweet Heat of Ohio which was very well balanced and delicious and my significant other got a sangria that was mixed at the bar which sadly and surprisingly, just tasted like red wine. For the appetizer we had the Calamari Duet which was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. The only place we know that does it slightly better and with more flavor is Lily’s in the Oregon District in Dayton. If we hadn’t had that to compare, this would most likely be our favorite. For dinner I had the Paella and my partner had the Stuffed Salmon. Her dish was lovely. The crab was superbly tasty and the salmon was light and flaky. Mashed potatoes were also great and asparagus cooked nicely. My dish wasn’t as impressive. With all the ingredients I was sort of expecting an explosion of flavor but was slightly disappointed at the blandness. The shrimp was a little overcooked and a tad bit rubbery and the chicken tasted as though it came from one of those premade frozen grilled chicken bags. For dessert we tried the bread pudding. Neither of us had bread pudding up until that point and it absolutely put us on a different planet with the mountain of gorgeous flavors. Absolutely the highlight of the meal and worth it to go back for. All in all it was a decent dining experience and the waitress we had seemed either fairly busy or slightly distracted the whole time but service wasn’t impeded by that. We did get seated without silverware and had to wait until she showed up again with our appetizer to ask for silverware, but she never really asked if we needed anything else before rushing off to complete our request. As I said before though, it didn’t really hurt the experience at all. Overall, the price was not really worth it. Way too high for so many things that were just not quite up to par that we know can be done better elsewhere.

Wait staff overall fine - but somewhat slow for the few patrons there. Braised Short ribs extremely unsatisfactory. Not sure what the meat was but very rough. And no “braising”. Not worth anything close to $39.

There was a snow storm beginning. We booked for 5:30. The staff were cheerful and courteous and the food was excellent. Flank steak with crispy potatoes hit the marks - steak hot but pink, potatoes actually crispy. Broccoli tender but still bright green and the house salad also fresh and dressed, but not drowned, in a light vinaigrette. It was my birthday and thankfully there were no tableside theatrical performances, but they brought me a chocolate torte with a birthday candle, on the house. Overall the atmosphere was elegant but understated, tableware a cut above the average. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a good meal well prepared for a fair price.

Wife ordered Paella and it was served with no mussels. When questioned the server said oh well we didn’t get mussels. Not good. I ordered pork chop which server said chef reco medium. I said make it med-well. If came well done, dry and tough. It was returned and remade. The second one was the same. I didn’t eat it. Although they credited my dinner w/o request there was no apology or any attempt from management to address this situation. Very disappointing.
