Great restaurant with a good location and atmosphere. During our service, there was a bunch of little things that added up and impacted our experience. No saucers provided with appetizers, so we had to use napkins as plates. No condiments at the table, we had to sneak to the server station to snatch a salt shaker. No one came to check up on us to ask if we needed anything. A serious lack of bread. Haha 😂 Just little things like this... We don't drink though, and usually when the server realizes this, the attentive service stops, it was no different here... Mind you, it was New Years Eve, and they were really busy, so I'll give them a pass.

We visited on New Year’s Eve, planning to order from the Happy Hour menu, and made a 5:15 PM reservation. We arrived around 5 PM and were seated, but it took a long time to place our drink orders. Hoping to order Happy Hour items in advance, we asked to move to the quieter upstairs patio due to the loud TV noise. However, no one returned for over 10 minutes, and by the time we could order, it was past 5:30, and Happy Hour had ended. We reluctantly opted for the New Year’s Eve course menu, which was disappointing. The Smoked Mozzarella Arancini was bland, the Prawn & Scallop Spaghetti had a dry cream sauce, and the cheesecake dessert was overly heavy and missing the vanilla whipped cream that was supposed to come on the side. Drinks were equally underwhelming. The highball, even with a double shot, tasted watered down, and the Strawberry Lychee Burst cocktail lacked any strawberry flavor. Overall, the food and drinks failed to impress, making this one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time and ruining our New Year’s Eve.

Comfy booth seating session, food is okay and services are superb. We had a reunion of good old friends and our server did not rush us at all. We ended up with extended stay after eating. Thank you!

We frequent Bridges location on a regular basis and always have a 5 star experience. The service here was not as good. I had asked for a sit down table, and brought to a high top. When asked for a sit down, was taken to one where I had to duck under the TV to sit down. Server did not return to refill water. Food was consistent with what we are used to at Bridges. Nice view.
