First time coming to this location and I’m super disappointed. The hostess didn’t even bother walking me to my table to join the party. She just said “oh they’re upstairs” There was NO toilet paper in any of the stalls, oh actually there was ONE stall that had paper but the door had NO lock on it. Another lady told me she told them about it but no one bothered to come refill the toilet papers. She was super annoyed as well. Food was super salty. Our waiter didn’t even bother coming to refill our water. Def wouldn’t come back again. Horrible.

Great location for happy hour before our film! Loved the food choices for happy hour! Would definitely recommend!

The service was good and the ambience was nice. My only item that I was not happy was when I substituted the fries for toss salad for an extra $1.95, the salad I got was so little in a approx 2.5inch shallow bowl, feel like being rip off especially when they already saved having to give me a bigger bowl of fries which came with the meal.

Great restaurant with a good location and atmosphere. During our service, there was a bunch of little things that added up and impacted our experience. No saucers provided with appetizers, so we had to use napkins as plates. No condiments at the table, we had to sneak to the server station to snatch a salt shaker. No one came to check up on us to ask if we needed anything. A serious lack of bread. Haha 😂 Just little things like this... We don't drink though, and usually when the server realizes this, the attentive service stops, it was no different here... Mind you, it was New Years Eve, and they were really busy, so I'll give them a pass.

We visited on New Year’s Eve, planning to order from the Happy Hour menu, and made a 5:15 PM reservation. We arrived around 5 PM and were seated, but it took a long time to place our drink orders. Hoping to order Happy Hour items in advance, we asked to move to the quieter upstairs patio due to the loud TV noise. However, no one returned for over 10 minutes, and by the time we could order, it was past 5:30, and Happy Hour had ended. We reluctantly opted for the New Year’s Eve course menu, which was disappointing. The Smoked Mozzarella Arancini was bland, the Prawn & Scallop Spaghetti had a dry cream sauce, and the cheesecake dessert was overly heavy and missing the vanilla whipped cream that was supposed to come on the side. Drinks were equally underwhelming. The highball, even with a double shot, tasted watered down, and the Strawberry Lychee Burst cocktail lacked any strawberry flavor. Overall, the food and drinks failed to impress, making this one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time and ruining our New Year’s Eve.
