   There were definitely some highlights to our visit—the fried avocados, cheese curds, sliders, and southwest egg rolls were all excellent, and the dessert flight was good. The chicken wings were decent, and both the spiked lemonade and zero-proof drink flights were enjoyable. All of the food arrived hot and fresh, and ordering from the tablet was easy and convenient. That said, the overall experience left a lot to be desired, especially when it came to service. Although we placed all of our orders through the tablet, our server didn’t seem to have visibility into what had been ordered. Each time we asked about an item, she’d go check and return with it almost immediately—suggesting it had been ready and waiting. It was confusing and disappointing that the tablet ordering system didn’t seem to be integrated with table service (or at least not monitored well by our server). We also ran into repeated issues with missing sauces. Two of our appetizers arrived without the dips, and after waiting a few minutes without seeing our server—and getting no response from the tablet’s service button—we asked the hostess for help. When the sauces eventually came, one still didn’t match the menu, but we let it slide. Later, a third appetizer arrived without its dipping sauce as well, and we had to ask again. My experience with the draft beer was also disappointing. I sampled four beers from the self-serve taps—three of which I’ve had many times before—and they all tasted noticeably weak, almost watered down, with muted flavors and far less hoppy bitterness than expected (IPAs and a pale ale). A couple were properly carbonated, so it didn’t seem like a flatness issue. While it’s possible my palate was off, I really don’t think that was the case. I eventually gave up and ordered an old fashioned from the bar instead, which was thankfully much better. In short, while the food was solid and the drinks mostly enjoyable, the service and beer quality missed the mark.

   The food, the service and the drinks were good. It was a quiet evening after their early morning/afternoon rush. The only downside of the visit was that their network shut down during our visit and couldn’t pour any more drinks.

   We waited an hour and half and still hadn’t even received our appetizers. When we alerted a server, they said the kitchen was an hour behind but neglected to tell us that when we were seated. When we finally decided to leave, they refused to remove the food from the bill, that still hadn’t arrived. Super loud atmosphere, couldn’t tell you if it was worth the wait because we, like many other people, never received our food

   Waited a hour after ordering and then finally saw the server again. Asked her how much long for even our appetizer and she had not intention of letting us know until I asked again. She then shared the ticket wasn’t even up near the line so it would be a “bit.” She came back 15 minutes later with same answer. Many tables were leaving and lined up demanding answers as people were waiting close to 2 hours for food. Normally love the food and service here so I’m not sure why it wasn’t properly staffed today.

   Edit: Their idea of “making it right” was to offer a $25 gift card. The email with the offer was signed “Tapville Support Team”. Looks like no manager wants to provide their name or take accountability. No thanks. We had a 1:15 reservation for Mother's Day. We had high hopes, since we were seated outside, and it was a beautiful day. We ordered some Mimosa Flights and 2 appetizers and also placed a brunch order. We were attending a concert next door, but had about 2 hours - so plenty of time to enjoy brunch, or so we thought. Our Mimosas took quite some time. And we followed up on our apps a couple of times. After escalating to the manager, an hour and a half later, we got our appetizers. After an 1 hr 45 mins, after another escalation to the manager, we were told that we would not get our food in time to make it to our concert. I have never had an experience before in a restaurant where we just did not get our food. The servers were clearly overwhelmed, and we were told that the kitchen was just backed up. We left without eating our entrees and were comped the apps and drinks. So, our party went without lunch before our concert, except for my son who got a sandwich from a fast food place next door. First world problems? Yes. But this was completely unacceptable. My son and I went to a local Italian restaurant after the concert, and were seated and served with zero delay.

   Long too extensive wait for reservations. Food was ok but not hot as it sat for awhile. Waiter was inattentive.

   From Jen: Had 12:30p reservations for Mother’s Day brunch. Check-in was smooth and we were seated fairly quickly. Greeted promptly by server Emma who was attentive, accommodating and also apologetic throughout our visit. Placed our order using the menu at the table. Drinks arrived in acceptable amount of time. Coffee flight was a little watered down and didn’t taste very boozy. Not worth the additional $6. Like others previously mentioned, we waited about 90 minutes for our food and it was not worth the wait. Two of us ordered the strawberry french toast. I don’t know how they could call this french toast. It did not seem to be battered at all. It was very dry toasted bread. I asked for a second cup of maple syrup to drench the bread to make it easier to eat. My husband ordered the loaded nachos. They were impressive to look at but the cheese was non-existent. It was all down at the bottom of the stack and those chips were soggy then while the others on top were dry. The chips were the basic ballpark variety. Wouldn’t order either of those items again. The long delay was frustrating, but the beer and ciders were quite tasty and I was with my favorite people so we made the most of it. Would possibly try Tapville again on a non special occasion day where it’s less likely that the kitchen would get overwhelmed.

   Good place to go to hang out, good food, good drinks. Make sure to go here when you're not in a hurry/rush to go somewhere else since they tend to get really backed up.

   Took us more than 45 minutes to get our food. Food was tasty but likely won’t return due to long wait for food to be served to us.

    We shall never return, and we have never been here. From the moment we arrived, it was terrible. We made reservations for two tables of 8. We asked hostess Angelina when we got there if we could have our other party seated near us, she declined and moved the other group to a room around the corner. It took more than one and a half hours to obtain our food during the two hours we were there, and the table was unseated the entire time. The Mother's Day brunch was not very busy. It would have been awful to witness how long we would have waited if it was. The other table was incorrectly billed three times. The server informed us that our food was being plated, but the manager arrived to inform us that it would take an additional five to six minutes. We ordered a few burgers, chicken fingers, and avocado toast—nothing fancy. The toddlers were so hungry they didn't even offer to have their food brought out. The unpleasant hostess, Angelina asked me to hurry up as she was attempting to seat the a table where my grandmother was when I went to assist my grandma in getting up. She clearly needs training, she was morally wrong for asking me to hurry up!!!! 0/10 WILL NEVER be back and when I told the manager about her behaviour he just noded his head and said pretty much nothing.
