Mark has won five Emmy Award’s as the host of AZ PBS’s “Plate and Pour” and “Check, Please! Unfortunately the quality of the food is definitely not worth the price. Scallops were 1 inch diameter and lost in a white sauce dominated by pearl onions. Filet was grainy and the plate coved with a pile of French fries. The special fish was sea bass- again lost is sauces. Plates look pretty, food mediocre Wait staff was excellent!

Great food. The strip steak was excellent. Need more good wines by the glass especially red. Very noisy.

We made reservations for our anniversary, the place was packed on a Friday night. I ordered a cocktail, Pardon my French, it was delicious. We had Pulled to Order Mozzarella as an appetizer and it was some of the best I have had. Goodness it's For my main entree I had the Scotch Beef dish, my husband got the Bolognese. Both the shows were the perfect portion and Rich and delicious. It was definitely a nice evening out, our service was great. My only feedback is the tables are pretty close to each other, so you have to be scooted in pretty tight at your table when seated.

Love Tarbell's. It is my go-to for business dinners and always impresses. With a great bar to open the evening, followed by a variety of starters and the amazing meatball pizza, and then a fabulous wine list & menu of champions from comfort food to other mouth adventures - Tarbells is always exceptional!

Hands down, one of the best restaurants in Scottsdale. EVERYTHING is top quality and 1st Class. The food is outstanding! Hand-pulled mozz, Cioppino, Steak Tips, bread pudding, martinis, Italian wine, all THE BEST!!!

We had a lovely dinner for four. The service and food were outstanding. The prices were higher than I remembered, but that seems to be the norm these days. We had a lovely experience. I would recommend the restaurant to others.

We enjoyed an exceptional dinner here. Our server provided pitch perfect service. The food, while pricier than your average restaurant, was excellent. We had the roasted chicken and the “Scotch beef”, which melts in your mouth. The bread pudding, served in a large portion fit for 2, was delicious. Our only (very minor) complaint was the loud dance music that was playing, which seemed an odd choice for the relaxed setting.

Never disappoints! Been going to Tarbell’s for years and it truly is one of the best restaurants in the valley. Food is delicious, service is outstanding and cocktails are impeccable. Thanks Mark for a wonderful establishment and the consistency you’ve brought all these years.

If I could give ten stars or more I would. Tarbell’s is not only a restaurant, but an experience. Aaron, was the expert who walked us through our meal, and every recommendation hit the mark! He is not a waiter but a food expert who listens and curates your journey through taste! We had excellent cocktails (and a custom mocktail for myself as DD), the wine was perfectly paired, and our overall dining experience made the year thus far! We love Tarbell’s it is the perfect place to bring people when you need a WOW moment.
