Tash restaurant is a Mediterranean dining experience for those who think food should be as inspired, innovative, and courageous as they are. The Tash menu merges the freshness of local ingredients with the boldness of global inspiration to create truly transcendent dishes.

About the Name
From the O’odham language spoken by members of the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community. Tash, pronounced [TH-O-SH], translates to sun, day or time.

About the Menu
The Tash menu is rooted in eclectic, Mediterranean-inspired dishes, but the restaurant’s cuisine blends multicultural influences to create a regional passport of vibrant flavors that engage the senses. To inspire great conversation, courses are all designed to be shared.

                                                                Pleasantly surprised. Most casino restaurants in the PHX area are mediocre and this one was above that. It’s mostly a Mediterranean menu and a little bit off beat. Service was excellent.

                                                                View was nice. Service staff was under trained. The bar tender couldn’t make a good drink, the music was way too loud. The food was ok but I would not go back again.

                                                                Kind of a hidden gem. You really don't know about the place. But very pleasantly surprised. Denny was our waiter. Great, knowledgeable, and friendly, without being "to friendly" or overbearing. Started with Calamari and peppers. Crispy, tasty, but a little chewy. Very good though. Then the Ibérica, and Burrata. Outstanding and the flatbread to go with was worth the trip in itself. We were going to have full meals but ate to much of the appetizers. So, decided to get the meatballs and a pizza. Both again were outstanding! The casino needs to let people know about Tash. Will definitely go there again. You think your heading to the parking garage, but it is adjacent to it, and well worth the walk.

                                                                The food was delicious! My husband had the salmon and I had the shrimp scampi. It would’ve been nice to have some complementary bread and butter at the table while we waited for our food.

                                                                Everything was perfect! Danny was our waiter - a kind, gentleman. Food was absolutely wonderful - I had the short ribs and my friend had salmon. Calamari appetizer was excellent. Highly recommend!
