   The table was way to small for 6 people. The food and ambient were ok, but the service no. We ask for 3 drinks at the end, they were too sweet, undrinkable. They said that was us not knowing the taste…. We were 3 barmans

   Milanesa dura y seca. 28€ por una lámina de carne de 3mm de espesor. Para acompañar patatas fritas 7€ Ni si quiera te avisan que la milanesa viene únicamente con un huevo poche. La berenjena una lámina de berenjena, ni siquiera una porción normal, el precio más de 20€. Comida mala a precios exagerados. Entiendo que la decoración sea muy linda, pero a un restaurante voy a comer y si además es bonito el lugar la ecuación cierra. No volveremos seguro!!!!!

   Sehr schönes Ambiente. Aber das Essen ist sein Geld nicht wert. Teuer, keine Beilagen, auf den Teller keine anrichtung. Viel Aufwand für nichts. Bedienung gut und freundlich Musik viel zu laut zum Essen

   Es un restaurante que ha bajado la calidad de la comida, ha subido los precios y el local está un poco descuidado.

   Después de haber confirmado la reserva una semana antes, me llama una señoritas bastante maleducada intentando cambiar la hora, me dice que no los reservan a las 20:00 ó a las 22:00, lo de sp intentando hacer caja fastidiando al cliente, para que cenemos a la hora que ellos quieran y hagan caja. Por lo demás el servicio de camareros muy bien, y la comida escasa y cara con respecto a otros restaurantes de la misma calidad.

   MUY BONITO EL RESTAURANTE PERO LOGRAR QUE UN CAMARERO DE ESOS AL MENOS TE PRESTÉ ATENCIÓN Y TE LLEGUEN LAS BEBIDAS O COMIDAD RÁPIDAS A LA MESA ES IMPOSIBLE, la comida estuvo aceptable.

    Apparently Open Table does not allow for zero stars for service or experience. Otherwise I would have provided zero ratings. This is my only review after 12 yrs and shy of 600 reservations. Absolutely the worst service I have encountered, globally. The staff should all be fired and replaced with individuals that understand customer service. The overt contempt displayed by the employees ruined the meal/experience. Tatel Madrid is not like this at all. In one word: horrific!
