Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and stunning views from our bar and the Four Seasons Vail outdoor terrace. Available from 3:00PM - 5:00PM, Après-Tivo is the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Please note: The dinner menu is available at 5 PM for happy hour reservations, as long as the allotted dining time frame is honored (2 hours for parties of up to 4 people). If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, we may adjust your reservation or dining time.

                      We went for the first time last night for the Valentines tasting menu and it was great! The place is very sophisticated but not intimidating. The food and service were both right on point. We enjoyed everything on the tasting menu. The beef course was cooked to perfection. The potato that came with it was a bit dry and bland, but that would be the only thing that was not wonderful about the entire meal we find it to be a welcome addition to the valley’s food scene, and can’t wait to go back.

                      Everything was outstanding - the service, the food, and the ambiance. Tavernetta is a beautiful space with friendly and welcoming staff and absolutely delicious food. The risotto was so simple, but had so much flavor and was perfectly cooked. Can't wait to come back!

                      I really wanted to enjoy this place but didn’t, and I won’t going back. Most of the staff were amazing, but waitstaff seemed overwhelmed. There were long pauses waiting for courses, and a half hour wait for the check following dessert. It’s relatively new, so maybe those things can be worked out, if only the food could be improved. There is an over reliance on over seasoning most dishes. The cooks are certainly no strangers to salt and other things which overwhelmed the flavor of things like carpaccio and beet salad. Maybe some people will like it. But I did not. It’s pretty. The drinks are good. Do not be sold on the four course option…..most people will never be able to eat all of that.

                      Great food and good service. Strange and incongruous music selection - to the point of distraction, like dub techno into folk into 2010s pop. Cavernous dining space - very obviously in a resort and doesn’t feel like a nice Italian restaurant. But good food. And good service.

                      We tried the apres ski option so only had drinks. They couldn’t make a chocolate martini and the drinks we all got were very small , even the spritz drinks which are soda water for part of it were not even half of a glass. A Carajillo was literally two sips. For 8 people our bill was 170.00 one drink a piece and not great drinks. Atmosphere felt like a cafeteria. For a new place in the four seasons we were very disappointed.
