                Food, Ambience, Service, the whole experience was outstanding! Our waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable on the menu and drinks! A great meal to share with family and friends!

                One note… At the time I booked open table listing Tavernita as $30 and under. This is incorrect. Prices are higher. The food and service were excellent. We didn’t love the location of our table but overall the ambiance was very nice.

                Amazing setting, amazing service. Food tasted incredible. However, food portions are small for the prices. Also, menu is rather limited.

                Absolutely loved dining at Tavernetta! We had heard that they just opened in the Four Seasons last month (December 2024) and we had to try it. The staff did not disappoint. Denni made sure to literally take care of every single thing we needed and made sure to tell us the specials. You can just tell all the staff has their stuff together because they all had their strut down. I love how their menu works. We had the focaccia burrata together. Yum. Then we had the inslata which has the perfect amount of dressing and Parmesan. After that, we shared the Linguini and it was one of my favorite parts of the meal. The lobster and noodles together had the best flavors. And then for the steak we had New York Strip, dry-aged. We usually don’t have a lot of luck with dry-aged but I ate every bite of my portion. It was apart of the A5 Wagyu special and that Wagyu melted in our mouths. And I don’t even have to mention how gorgeous the interior is! Chef’s kiss to this place all the way. You must go here AT LEAST once during your stay in Vail!

                Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful location. One glitch: the restaurant made a point about emailing us and asking us if there was a special occasion. There was. I identified it in an email to the restaurant and the restaurant responded and thanked me for identifying it. But then, at the restaurant, there was no mention of the special occasion and no attention paid to it whatsoever. Why ask if it’s a special occasion if nothing happens? A missed opportunity.

                Service was very orchestrated and excellent. Food was outstanding. We enjoyed the risotto, branzino and steak-tiramisu was incredible!  We went early to go to the Remedy Bar before dinner. They were generous enough to accommodate us for a cocktail, but a reservation is preferred.
