Expected a good experience based on reviews but this was not the case. Meats were tender though not seared and the Argentinian beef was tasteless the bison was better. Sides were very average - broccoli & cauliflower combo or eatable, chips overcooked and crunchy. Unfortunately the table staff were pleasant but couldn’t and admitted to not speaking English very well with little restaurant experience which made things very difficult. For a bill of over £300 you’d expect decent food, and good service. Place was clean. Overall very disappointing.

The whole thing has gone backwards too much. The food is not good tonight, the cooking is not good, but the price is still very expensive. The most excessive is the attitude of the service staff, we celebrate the birthday, the restaurant did not give any indication, the waiter's expression is indifferent, and when I asked twice the steak is more than half fat can not eat, the fried is also very bad, he only said that of course. Won't come here again.

Great dinner, professional and attentive staff. A lovely experience overall. The artwork on the walls was a nice addition to a comfortable, casually elegant feel

Steaks outstanding and the accompaniments. Didn't have a starter or desert. The service was good once we got an experienced server. Children's menu was shown online but not available in the restaurant; however, the server offered a suitable option. Restaurant was very quiet Despite difficulty booking on line. Overall I would recommended it for any steak lover.

The food was good, However, the service was awful. It took forever for our waiter to greet us at our table and bring our food out. We never received our desserts and therefore had to request it be removed from the bill prior to payment. Also, the bathroom was unsanitary and disgusting, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent top quality bison meat that is flown directly from Canada and well prepared. Really ace with regard to meat quality and frankly prices are commensurate with quality and not way above traditional steak houses in London that can be pretty mediocre. Service is great friendly professional and fun. Thumb down to location and ambiance that are a bit mmhh off and tacky! But again delicious bison meat. A treat.

Don’t get me wrong, the steak was good, not the best I’ve had, but it was good … but this restaurant is hell bent on emptying your bank account. Two course meal for two people with one cocktail each: £185! Bottle of sparking water:£11. By the way, we did not have caviar of the Royal Wagyu in case you were wondering. My advice to you, when a restaurant is empty when you arrive at 18:00, leave.

We appreciate your feedback in regards to our pricing. We pride ourselves in providing high end products at a reasonable price. Prices for all our dishes are shown in the menu we also have some special offers that can be seen on the outdoor advert board on the main road as well as small little inserts that are on each table showing these special offers. We appreciate that the pricing may not be appropriate for all but we try or best with our set menu and special offers to accommodate everyone.

The good. The Canadian Bison and the rack of lamb are probably the best steak and lamb i have ever had. Service was very attentive and friendly. The not so good. When i choose somewhere to eat, i look at the menu online to get an idea of what i want. The menu online is out of date and the actual menu is missing several items, including several main courses. One of which was my first choice. When we arrived, the desk had no record of my booking. I showed the text message and email i had received to confirm the booking. so i was asked to write my name down so they had a record of it. Not very professional. But i would go back for the food! Paul
