                                                                                                  Teak is a very nice restaurant located at the very end of St.Petersburgs beautiful public pier. The food menu has a selection of some nice items to choose from. The entries we chose were very tasty. We really enjoyed our time there and will return.

                                                                                                  Me and my boyfriend went to celebrate New Year’s Eve and we love it.. but I was not expecting the additional 20% service fee to dine, apart from the tip will left the waiter. Also, I do wish they had offered more items on the Holiday Menu.. But, overall I love their food, the waiter was very attentive and had an amazing time and night. Great vibes and excellent for date night.

                                                                                                  I am never one to complain as I work in hospitality as well. It’s an extremely tough industry to be in, constantly busy and every one is just trying to do their best. That’s is exactly what I kept reminding myself throughout the dinner. First the host was rude when my friends and I were extremely nice and understanding as it was busy and NYE. The drinks and the table were double the price at the table than the bar where we got our first drink. The entree I wanted to get was not longer available… not big deal tired to order something else, that was not available either so I finally resorted to the chicken, it was extremely dry with no flavor, asked for salt and pepper to help the taste. It was awful. I was too scared to send it back because I hate confrontation and it wasn’t the waiters fault but all I ate was the arugula off the plate. Still paid for it though after barely eating it. I’m on the way to McDonald for dinner now.

                                                                                                  Everything went well for such a busy night. Food good have been better but it was still good. My dinner was warm not hot, one us had the lamb chops very overcooked. but all in all I thought the kitchen did a great job and the waitstaff kept up well. I'm a semi frequent flyer there so was disappointed they changed the menu. Wasn't crazy about the selections. Also not in favor of the 20% service charge that does not go directly to the servers. Forces you to have to up the tip.

                                                                                                  Food was very good, but it took forever to be served. 30 minutes to get a drink, over an hour to get food. We seldom saw our server, were never asked if we wanted another drink. A bit pricey, especially considering they automatically add a 20% service charge and still ask for tips.

Had to wait a long time for drinks and also the food. An appetizer didn’t arrive until after the entrees and then only when we asked about it. Unhappy experience on New Year’s Eve

Caesar salad was yummy but the lobster carbonara was bland and had no flavor. The white chocolate peppermint mousse for dessert was the highlight of the meal. For the price we paid, I would definitely not recommend this holiday menu. Very disappointed in the overall experience.
