From hostess to server to management team, everyone was attentive. Great food - compliments to the chef - Braised Short Rib was melt in your mouth delicious!

Great views from our table, got to watch the sunset!!! Service was amazing too! Our server kept checking in on us! Tuscan chicken was a bit dry, so would order something different next time.

I am highly disappointed by my recent experience at Teak Restaurant. What was once a favorite for its ambiance, view, and food has now become a place I will never return to—and will actively discourage others from visiting. We made a dinner reservation for 4 pm on Thanksgiving weekend, planning an early dinner with friends visiting from Atlanta. Teak typically shuts down between 3 pm and 5 pm to reset for dinner, which we were unaware of. However, due to the holiday weekend, they remained open—and failed to communicate any inconsistencies by any method; the brunch menu would continue until 5 pm, even though brunch usually ends at 3 pm. When we sat and received the menus, we discovered we could only order from the brunch menu, which was unacceptable as we were expecting a dinner. We expressed our frustration, and the manager’s response was infuriating. Rather than offering a solution or even a simple alternative, she insisted that nothing could be done and that we were stuck with brunch. When one party member voiced their frustration clearly and firmly, the manager interrupted, repeating herself several times and dismissing the issue. There were no insults, no hostility—just a straightforward explanation of our dissatisfaction with their failure to communicate and resolve the issue appropriately. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism and customer service, the manager demanded we leave, citing she had never been spoken to so poorly by us. Since there was no profanity, just a firm and direct tone...I find this hard to believe. Feeling unwelcome and frustrated, our party conceded and left the restaurant. We went to CASSIS! Teak has permanently lost my business, and I will make sure no one I know, local or visiting, considers dining there. The way we were treated was disgraceful and showed a complete lack of basic customer service. This experience will be a long-standing topic of conversation—and not in a good way. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hi Brad, We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience didn’t meet expectations. Customer service and communication are top priorities for us, and we regret any confusion. As stated on our website, dinner reservations are unavailable between 3 pm and 5 pm on weekends, and our system blocks out those times. If you were a walk-in, our hostess would have informed you of our brunch and dinner hours. If this wasn’t the case, we apologize. While we couldn’t accommodate your dinner request during brunch hours, we understand your frustration and hope you’ll consider returning in the future. We respect your decision either w
