                                                                                                  I am never one to complain as I work in hospitality as well. It’s an extremely tough industry to be in, constantly busy and every one is just trying to do their best. That’s is exactly what I kept reminding myself throughout the dinner. First the host was rude when my friends and I were extremely nice and understanding as it was busy and NYE. The drinks and the table were double the price at the table than the bar where we got our first drink. The entree I wanted to get was not longer available… not big deal tired to order something else, that was not available either so I finally resorted to the chicken, it was extremely dry with no flavor, asked for salt and pepper to help the taste. It was awful. I was too scared to send it back because I hate confrontation and it wasn’t the waiters fault but all I ate was the arugula off the plate. Still paid for it though after barely eating it. I’m on the way to McDonald for dinner now.

                                                                                                  Service was exceptional. Food was okay. Caesar salad was yummy but the lobster carbonara was bland and had no flavor. The white chocolate peppermint mousse for dessert was the highlight of the meal. For the price we paid, I would definitely not recommend this holiday menu. Very disappointed in the overall experience.

                                                                                                  Understaffed so even with reservation there was a wait time. All food was delicious and everyone in party ordered something different. Service was extremely slow but server was nice.. Bar service was slow..in dining room. I am opposed to being told what I will tip typically tip more than 20% but when it is a requirement I rethink additional tipping. Also, I think some servers work harder than others and when tip is automatic the less accommodating get rewarded while the hard worker gets penalized. Overall enjoyed experience and will recommend to others and will also dine with you again.

                                                                                                  We had a wonderful dinner at Teak at the St. Pete Pier! We had never been there before, and we were amazed by the fantastic view, great food, and wonderful service (thank you, Kat!). We will definitely be returning soon!

                                                                                                  Service was absolutely abysmal at best. For an automatic 20% gratuity added on to your bill, one would think their server would be attentive and knowledgeable. Instead we only saw our server 3 times throughout the meal. When we ordered we are told several of the things we wanted were 86’d that evening (ie. mashed potatoes), but the server never informed us until we were ordering and then had to make last minute changes.

                                                                                                  Our family, with adult kids, really enjoyed our experience. We each had something different and we all loved our meals. The hummus appetizer was also amazing. Service was excellent. We were there for an early dinner at 545pm so there weren’t s lot of customers and the noise level was low. The walk to/from the restaurant on the pier was also a very nice stroll.
