From delicious selection of Antipasti to Traditional Italian wood-fired pizza, and amazing Pasta dishes Teatro caters for all guests. Whether a quick dinner before a show at the arts centre, a wine or cocktail with the river view or a lunch before heading to the art gallery or the gardens of our beautiful city.
A fresh seasonal produce driven menu inspires our ever-changing Italian cuisine with plenty of vegetarian and Gluten Free options. Arrived early was left alone for 30 min no drink order or meal order taken. Other diners arrived and orders taken. Had to ask for our order to be taken.

Conveniently placed near the Arts Centre, Southbank and Yarra, Teatro Gastronomia was a great option for dining before a show. The food was delicious and service was good. My pasta was amazing and the tiramisu was perfect.

Teatro is a Southbank gem. We had friends in town from Brisbane who said "can we go somewhere with great pasta, pizza and other delicious Italian things..." It was a stunning Autumnal evening and we sat outside overlooking the Yarra. Don't miss the Teatro Signature Bread. Paired with warm olives - divine. Signature Seafood Linguine fantastic, as was house-made Pesto Gnocchi and Rigatoni Amatriciana. Wash that down with Australian bubbles, a Tiramisu and Affogato and you've had a great night. Crew were cheerful and entertaining. Thank you Teatro!
