   I have been to this restaurant 3 times now and it has been consistently very good. Typical tapas dishes a little small portion but the Paella ( Seafood) is very tasty; while the Steak has a little too much fat for some people taste. They need to add more meat to it and less fat. The staff and waiters are very nice and sweet. This is my second time asking to be seat on a specific area for birthdays and the request was never granted. I guess is the one negative or disappointed part of it.

   Gorgeous food, and very friendly service. Must try any of the paellas!

   Been going since it opened, the amount of food per order is declining. One can tell that corners are being cut.

   If you want to seat people outside, you need to have enough heat lamps . We were freezing and our food got cold fast. Not worth the price. Plus, your automatic 20 percent tip on the bill is not appreciated.

   This was our first time dining with Teleferic and it was "telerrific"! It is a very lively and noisy place but if you sit outside noise is much less. We sat inside right next to the bar and kitchen. Was thinking it would be an awful table we had a wonderful time! Watching the smooth and ultra friendly service for all of the patrons was so refreshing. None of the waitstaff seemed harried or over worked or stressed. They all worked so well together. Food was beautiful as it was delicious. We will be going back and become regulars!

   The food was flavorful but $12 for 8 1/2 Brussells sprouts 4 total - it was like less than 1/2 a typical order- We only ordered three items and they forgot to bring one of them. Have eaten at Palo Alto and it was much better- portions and service

   Great experience, however service was slow, it was freezing outside, limited heaters, limited blankets, drinks took 25+ min and or forgotten. PA seems to be more efficient in terms of service and attentiveness.

   Have been here for many times. This time I felt very disappointed. Food is still very good and that’s the reason why we come here so often. The atmosphere is also super cozy. The service became really disappointing. We were seated for 15 mins and the server has not been to our table. It was the manager eventually came to our table and take the order. We were told the paella will take 30 mins to finish but ours took super long (45mins). Another group had their paella came in way earlier than us while they came in 20 mins after us. Was going to give 10% tips due to the disappointed services and realized they automatically applied 20%. How come you think your service is at 20% level?

    Always we have excellent food and service at this restaurant, Teleferic. It is a noisy place, so intimate conversations are hard to accomplish here.
