Tellers serves authentic interpretations of regional Italian cuisine. Traditional methods of Italian cooking and the philosophy of using seasonal ingredients with integrity form the basis of the house made pastas, wood oven-baked Neapolitan pizzas, and locally sourced vegetables and steaks cooked over a wood burning grill. Tellers’ extensive Italian wine list highlights the breadth and diversity of Italy’s wine growing regions and unique varietals. Tellers is located in the historic First National Bank gallery amongst the original teller booths, which have been meticulously restored. The atmosphere at Tellers and The Great Hall embraces the building’s rich heritage as a convivial communal space.

    They were so great! Would recommend and definitely go back. They were willing to work with us for our large party reservation and were very polite!

    Our waiter Joe was fantastic! He explained the history of the building and was knowledgeable about the menu sharing details about each dish. It was a Wednesday night, but a harpist was playing and beautifully, might I add. A superb meal and a wonderful evening,

    Birthday lunch was a massive success. 5 star accommodations, we only had pizza but it was gourmet, classy seating, too notch service!!

    The waitstaff definitely needs training- everything about the service was less than adequate for a $300 meal for 2! The drinks were good, the scallops- artichoke-garlic with orzo a must, burrata appetizer delicious, Cacio e pepe terrible and wayyyyyy over peppered-literally the worst we have ever had.

    If you are looking for a great landmark nestled downtown, this is it...option for dinner...or really cool cocktail bar in the basement...would go back...

    The staff was amazing, very professional and polite. The smoked mushrooms were phenomenal Tellers is a fabulous dining experience.

    The food itself was good. The server we had was nice and attentive, but not overbearing. The hostess station needs a little work. We eye on time to our reservation, mo one was at the station. Everyone walked by smiled, but did not ask if we needed assistance. When the host did arrive (there were two) they eye talking amongst themselves for a a minute or so before they acknowledged us.

    Do not get your reservations messed up! Seriously the attempt to rectify an embarrassing situation, was appreciated, however it was worse by the sheer neglect and subpar service we received. Your food from Tellers was awful. Mushroom omelette with no mushrooms, a sticky mess of French Toast (ordered off brunch menu after paltry effort from the tea service, repeatedly told how it was left overs) and then being charged full price for the non experience was the next level. We didn’t get to sit with the character waitstaff, got to observe from behind a great pillar. Do better. This customer will not be back. Nostalgia aside, what was a really good place to eat and have fun with friends, it is sad to see what you’ve become. A shell of your early opening days glory.
