   Ten-3 made our first experience an evening we will never forget. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and the food was divine. Thank you again for making our anniversary one for the books!

   Beautiful location overlooking both sides of the mountain range! I found it a pity that the restaurant and the tram service aren’t working together so had to purchase full price tickets for the tram. Additionally, our waiters Billy and Justice) were absolutely amazing and provided an incredible experience. The manager was an arrogant and rude with a lame excuse for having my elderly parents (90s) move from the casual bar to the more formal dining area. I found him completely incompetent with limited customer service attitude, therefore I would not recommend going again! For the value of the meal coupled to him, it was mediocre at best….and the communication before our dinner was horrible as I requested a birthday cake for my father’s 90th and nothing was prepared! Again poor management!!

   Such a wonderful way to wrap up my week in Albuquerque! I highly recommend arriving early for your reservation and spending time at the bar. The bar staff are craftspeople and so interesting to visit with!! I had reservations for the fine dining room, and it was a delight. Personalized service, professional staff, great recommendations on every part of my meal. And of course, they have the most amazing sunset views. So grateful for my entire experience at Ten 3!! Oh, and the folks on the Sandi Peak Tram are pretty great, too!!

   The ambiance was nice. The view spectacular. The food was very good but very pricey. $19 for a small salad is quite exorbitant, and if you add shrimp you get 3 pieces for an additional $19.

   Cornish hen was served uncooked. Outside looked perfect but when I cut into it very uncooked had to send back. Yes they made it right the second time round but.. as we are celebrating our anniversary my husband ate his plate before it got cold, and was finished before my plate came back!?!!

   We are admittedly snobs when it comes to fine dining. Ten3 was fantastic. We had a little hiccup with our entree order being "lost", but the situation was addressed honestly and remedied. Ordered Bone Marrow and Bread appetizers. Entrees ordered were Filet Mignon and Duck. All dishes were composed as opposed to a-la-carte, and everything was delicious and cooked properly; perfect temperatures on protein, vegetables were al dente and purees and mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy. Some of the best food we've ever had. We were offered the Octopus and free dessert due to the delay in our entrée order. Very good overall experience.

   Fine dining experience: the food IS good. The prices do account for the view and the experience … but the tram ride is extra. Service was very slow. The wait between apps and mains was so long it was clear something went wrong. Some food was cold on arrival. There was a real absence of speed getting our check settled. After dining we waited a full hour to be able to board a tram to leave the mountain. Tram service is slow late at night because of water delivery etc and it seems restaurant staff—the same staff who are so slow about dinner service—are prioritized for tram space. We had expressed concern several times about making it onto a tram and in retrospect it felt like our server may have pretended ignorance about the late night tram situation. From seating to leaving the restaurant was 3 and a half hours, and the whole experience round trip was over 5. To be honest, the food is not in alignment with spending that kind of time. Just ride the tram up, grab a drink at the bar if there is space, and get back down on your own timeline.

    Loved our entrees. We had the filet mignon, duck and scallops. All were excellent. We also loved the butter lettuce salad and trio of crème brûlée. I only wish there was a discount on the tram when dining at Ten 3.
