   The Service and Food was Outstanding. The Staff seemed to really care about how our dining experience was going and our table was taken care of very well. The restaurant was busy but every table seemed to get the attention they deserved. We will be going back quite often.

   We asked for Medium Rare on all cuts of beef or lamb. We got served some cuts medium to medium well. Most were cooked perfectly, so I would honestly say that part of the problem was with a server not realizing what he was serving or cutting. I do believe it was a lack of experience with new employees. With that being said, again most cuts were cooked perfectly. The servers came around very frequently and always friendly. You could not find a fault with lack of service. I would recommend giving it a try. The salad bar although smaller than the large chain Brazilian Steak house, it does have plenty of good quality options. You have plenty of parking and don’t have to deal with driving downtown.

   Ten Cuts was outstanding, the food was delicious the service was phenomenal everything was perfect.

   Fogo is better. They don’t even serve lamb chops here. Service was very friendly. Salad bar was mediocre.

   My family and I decided to go on a Sunday. The people were amazing, super attentive. They didn’t hesitate to bring us more cuts that we wanted. Definitely loved the drinks. I wish they had more options on desert(Crème Brûlée to be specific). The selection on wines were also good. I love how it’s closer than the other Brazilian experiences I’ve been too. I’m not a big fan of meat, however, Ten Cuts is a 10/10. Definitely recommend! Will be going there again!

   I can not say enough nice things about the staff. They were sooooo nice. Management came around and talked to us. Hell even the bartender came around and talked to us. The food was flavorful. That salad bar was hella impressive. We deff will be going back. 👍🏽👍🏽

   The food was exceptional. The service left a lot to be desired. At the end of the meal, someone brought us empanadas that were supposed to be an appetizer so that was odd. My husband’s drink was empty for most of the meal and when they brought him a refill of tea it tasted like it was mixed with soda. The replacement they gave him was fine, but we were left confused about how that would happen. I ordered a glass of wine and wasn’t asked if I would like another drink, which would have made both the restaurant and our server more money. We felt ignored by the servers and honestly didn’t even know who our server was. If you’re going to charge the same price as other Brazilian Steakhouses in Indy, you need to match the quality of service they provide. I hate making a negative review but hopefully this can be used as a learning opportunity and help make the experience better for future customers. We will be back but we’re going to give them a while to get everything flowing well.

   Chef Brian cam out and personally served us and said goodbye at the door. A little on the expensive side for me but a great experience

    Great selection of food - especially the variety of meat. Service was outstanding, if the green side of your card was up, you had servers stopping by one right after another! Managers also stopped by a couple times to check on our party.
