We originally had reservations for 4 for seating inside. The server advised there was a glitch in the OpenTable system and that they were all booked up inside and that we had to sit outside which didn’t allow us to sit with the party of 16 that were already seated. We proceeded to sit outside while there were two tables available all night inside. Our food came out at different times which made my steak cold by the time my family got their food. Also, we were charged a party fee even though I reserved my own table for 4 and weren’t able to sit inside with the rest of the guests. First time there for my birthday celebration aswell as my two cousins birthdays and were disappointed. For the prices and service this place has, I’d go down the street to Fogo de Chao.

First time at a Venezuelan steakhouse, if we were too do this again we would order one of the huge platters with everything on it, made to split between several people.

Small nice restaurant. Food was Tasty and drinks were great. However, the food was a bit cold and the fries were a bit stale. But overall it was a nice experience.

Nice place. Food was really good. Drinks were good too. Items were overpriced though. This inside seating is much smaller than the outside seating. If the weather is nice, the outside looks like a pretty place to dine. The people who worked here were friendly, but slightly slow. It gets a little loud after 10PM because of live music. I was in a party of 5 and a tip of 18% was already included in the check. (I always tip at least 20%) With the prices this place charges for what you get, they could pay their employees more money instead of implementing a mandatory gratuity. It's really the principal behind it that bothers me. Don't force me to tip. Gratuity should never be mandatory. Tipping is based on the service provided. What if the service provided this night was not adequate? I would still have to pay an 18% because you think so? This doesn't sit right with me. The food was delicious, but not exactly worth the prices. I do not appreciate getting charged a service fee because you think I should pay a mandatory 18% on top of the prices you already charge. I know some people don't tip well or don't tip at all, but that is not the fault of the customers who do tip. It's just not right. Since you like tips so much, here is another tip for you, slightly lower your prices, pay your employees a little better, and if you still want to charge a service fee, have a big sign in front of your establishment that says, "We charge an automatic 18% gratuity service fee on top of our already overpriced menu, and even if the service is insufficient, you are still going to pay for it."
