                                                                    Per il cibo sempre una garanzia, se si vuole mangiare Italiano all’estero. Abbiamo aspettato 25 min prima di essere seduti al tavolo nonostante avessimo prenotato.

                                                                    Good but not great overall. Okay food with okay service. We made a 2:30 reservation on a Tuesday and arrived at 2:34. Knowing we might be a few min late I called the restaurant on our way there to let them know. No one answered so I left a voicemail message. The open table website said the restaurant has a 10 min grace period and that we should call to let them know if we’ll be late. So I did. When we arrived at 2:34, however, the host told us that seating stopped at 2:30 and that he could not seat us. He said there is no grace period despite what the website says. He offered us open bar seating which we took. From what we could see, it wasn’t busy and there were multiple servers and opens tables available so we didn’t understand why we couldn’t be seated at a table. Our server at the bar was really great, but the food was okay. Focaccia was delicious. My steak was good but came out cold and my husband’s pasta was salty. Not worth the money in my opinion.

                                                                    I brought my daughter to brunch at Terra for her birthday and had a wonderful time! The experience was amazing, and they gave her a lovely card and little gift box of a few chocolates as well. My mother lives out of state and was in town, and I wanted to bring her to brunch at Terra for our birthdays. There was a live band playing when we arrived and it was very noisy while we waited for our table. We couldn't hear each other at all. Our table was on the far side of the restaurant and the music was still much too loud. After requesting our server to ask that the music be quieter, it finally became a somewhat acceptable volume, but it was still hard to hear everyone at our table. The food was lovely, but the loud music was overestimulating and was not at all the quiet brunch atmosphere I remembered. My daughter was with me, and she wanted to leave right away after we were done because the music had gotten loud again, and we had to walk past them to leave. I had marked that we were there to celebrate our birthdays on the reservation, but never received any card or acknowledgment like when we came for my daughter's birthday in April.
