Born in the “Pampas”, (Southern region of Brazil) Terra Gaúchaʼs concept revolves around “Churrasco” a traditional grilling method using open flames and various cuts of meat. Today, we proudly keep the flame alive using authentic Gaúcho seasonings and natural wood charcoal to roast succulent beef, lamb, poultry and pork.

In addition to our grilled meats, guests enjoy a gourmet salad and sides bar featuring the freshest vegetables, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. During the dining experience each guest is transported (no passport required) to “Southern Brazil” where they are pampered from start to finish. The “Terra Gaúcha familia” would like to invite you for a unique experience that will make a lasting impression.

Our party had a great time but expected the quality of the food to be better for the price. Felt meat could have been cooked better .

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond, constantly checking in to make sure everything was perfect. They made me feel like a VIP with how attentive and respectful they were. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated like royalty while enjoying such great food. Highly recommend for anyone who values great service!

We had an outstanding time at dinner last night. We were greeted by two fantastic hostesses who made us feel welcome almost like we were old friends that they had been looking forward to seeing. On our way to our seat, we turned the corner to see the most beautiful and plentiful salad bar. Throughout the evening I noticed that it was constantly tended to by the staff to keep all of the options fresh and full. We loved our server, Miley. She and the gentleman (didn't get his name) that was working with her were very attentive. As we plowed through the huge variety of food options they made sure to replace our plates with clean plates, they made sure that when we returned from the salad bar our place setting was refreshed with our napkins neatly folded and we were never in need of water or side dishes. They engaged with us when invited and remained appropriately invisible when we were dining. Overall great experience for us. It was worth the snowy drive to get there. We look forward to returning with family and friends.

The service here is incredible. We were an early seating at 6 o’clock, so they weren’t terribly busy, but I found the staff to be very attentive. The food was excellent. Great flavor all around. I had a cocktail that they call Indy Sour… highly recommended. The taste in the presentation are on point for this drink.
