Terra Gaucha is a classic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) serving various of cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and seafood all expertly prepared and served by our Gaucho Chefs. The meats are served Rodizio style, meaning all of the grilled meats are presented and carved table-side from large skewers piping hot off the grill. To complement the succulent meats, we offer a large selection of cured meats and imported cheeses, fresh vegetables, and authentic Brazilian hot sides in our gourmet salad bar area. Located in the heart of downtown at the Stamford Town Center, Terra Gaucha brings the best of Gaucho cuisine and hospitality delivered with a guest-first approach.

An authentic service style hailing from Southern Brazil, where Gaucho trained chefs roast succulent cuts of meat and serve it sizzling off the fire carved table-side from large skewers.                                           First timer. Went to celebrate our son’s birthday. Had a reservation but were running a few minutes behind l. I called and the gladly moved it a few minutes for us. The staff were all very attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious. There was live music that added a nice touch. For being a large filled dining room it did not feel that way at all. We all left very full and pleased with our meal. Would definitely go back again.

                                          We came to Stanford for work and while looking a place to have a date/Dinner we crossed paths with this restaurant and we are so lucky we did! Reservation was easy,service is top notch from servers,managers to bussers ! Drinks are amazing but food is 10000 amazing! Get the full experience if you’re a meat lover so you can try each of the cuts! Desserts (crème brûlée) was spectacular with a clean and nice presentation! Would definitely come back as many times as possible! Shoutout to the whole team 🎉🫶

                                          Amazing food and exceptional service. We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and I’m so grateful the staff at Terra Gaucha provided a complimentary dessert. We were so stuffed, but there’s always room for dessert! The music was kind of loud but nothing unbearable. We’ll definitely be returning here again.

                                          The food is AMAZING! The atmosphere/ ambiance is very nice. The best Brazilian buffet ever! I've been here more than 10 times already and I never get tired. You can get a private room for 20 or more guests. We booked one for Easter 23 and it was fun and personable! Be careful with cocktails, they are strong. You can also book reservations same day. This place is a 10/10! The Andersons

                                          Most meet was burned, waiter offered chipset cut of meet, had to ask for lamb and only two out of four people were served !
