Welcome to a true field-to-table restaurant offering a locally-grown and locally-sourced dining experience in Central Oregon. Terra Kitchen was established to nourish the soul (wellness), community (local sourcing), and planet (sustainability).

Terra Kitchen's menu is inspired by Pacific Northwest crops featuring fresh ingredients sourced from local farms, foraged from the region's land as well as SCP Redmond Hotel's very own rooftop garden.

Valentine's Day pre-fix meal. Food was good not great. Salmon a bit over done. Salad too salty. A bit expensive for what it was.

The food was delicious, unfortunately the portions were small. As the reservation was late, I did feel rushed when we were served our entrees. But the dessert was delicious and later into the night, the ambience was lighter

We loved spending Valentine’s Day here. The food was delicious, service outstanding, and super fun to have a mocktail with each course. Presentation of each dish was gorgeous.

Valentines menu was over priced for the meal. Two people with two cocktails and a glass of wine was over $250. The cocktails were good but small pours and the menu items were very small portions. The ambiance was nice and wait staff were attentive and pleasant . A 20% added gratuity for a fixed menu and a party of 2 seems like it isn’t called for and should be at discretion if the customer .

What a fabtastic dinner…from cocktail to first plate to salad to dinner to dessert!!!

The food was delicious and worth the wait (which was a little excessive). It was nearly an hour before our appetizer arrived at our table. The potato appetizer was wonderful. The staff was very kind. It was surprising how long the wait was, considering there weren't tons of tables taken, but this could be a fluke. I suppose ordering drinks to sip on while you wait would be recommended (but we didn't this time). The hot honey pizza was also great. The crunchy coffee Gelato was delicious. Overall, I would recommend for a date, when you have a few hours to sit.

My pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and my steak was a flawless medium rare. The wine from Maragas was an ideal complement to the meal. Due to a last-minute disaster (a pipe breaking in the restaurant bar area), the meal was served next door in the hotel, so I can't judge the actual ambiance of the restaurant. The ability to pivot under these conditions and still make me feel incredibly well taken care of was outstanding.

Terra is our FAVORITE restaurant in Central Oregon! The food is awesome, the people are awesome, the place is awesome! We met the chef on our last visit and it was such a pleasure to hear about her family heritage and inspiration.

I picked this restaurant for a surprise birthday party for my wife and 8 friends. They loved the restaurant and raved on how delicious the food and service was. They plan to have a monthly get-together there now.

We had a stellar experience. Seasonal offerings were carefully chosen and presented expertly with loving care. Every course demonstrated a caring approach with attention to detail (who else dehydrates citrus for a mocktail garnish?!) Worth a trip!
