Cibo accettabile servizio pessimo. Anche se poi non ci hanno fatto pagare il conto difficilmente ci ritornerei.

Purtroppo nonostante la nostra richiesta di mangiare fuori fatta due mesi prima ci hanno dato un tavolo interno . Ce ne siamo andati perché faceva troppo freddo . Il personale gentilissimo ha compreso il problema .

Breakfast was fantastic. The restaurant was impeccably clean. The coffee, mimosa, and eggs Benedict may have been the best I’ve ever had!! Our server and all of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The view was amazing as well. Highly recommend!!

I had high expectations for my visit to Terrace 16, being in the prestigious Trump Tower, but the service was extremely disappointing. Staff were inattentive and unhelpful, and it seemed like customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority. From being seated, we were waiting 10 minutes before we had to go call for our waiter to get some water. It took an entire hour to bring out one sushi roll, about 30 minutes to get our drinks. This was on a Wednesday night so it was not crowded. For the price and reputation, I expected much more. Unfortunately, the experience felt impersonal and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for quality and timely service.

The food was outstanding; beautiful presentation and very good flavors. Our server was wonderful but they were very short staffed so service was rather slow.

My husband and I love this restaurant, the view is spectacular and the food was delicious. He is an eggs Benedict snob and said it was the best he's had. I had huevos rancheros and a Bloody Mary and they were both delicious. Our waitress was not great. We waited a bit and when she came up, she literally raced to the table and was speaking before she got to our table. She didn't say hello or greet us with any enthusiasm, there was no warm welcome. I can't say who she was because she didn't tell us her name. That won't keep us from coming back! We do not live in Chicago, we always make it a point to eat here at least once.

Seated 15 minutes after reservation, no drinks served until 45 min after reservation. Extremely slow. Mici was fantastic. Lobster pasta was not worth the price.

Exceptional experience. The view is outstanding, the brunch selections were delicious and ranged from classic American to unique offerings. We had lovely service and the special touch of serving our cappuccinos and biscotti first while we enjoyed the view was delightful. I’ll be coming back here often when I’m in Chicago in the future.
