   We made out reservations several days in advance but when we got their at the appointed time they had gone into first come first served mode. Had to endure about a 45 minute wait with no seating provided

   My wife and I like to get away to Biloxi - especially the Beau Rivage! Outstanding property. There are many restaurants with the Beau Rivage offering a variety of foods and tastes at several costs depending on your time and preferences. We decided to eat lunch at the Terrace Cafe inside the Beau Rivage and we made reservations through Open Table - 15 minutes before we wanted to go eat - super easy! We enjoy trying different items while here. We were promptly seated and the staff was great. Our server offered several items, but we knew what we wanted to try - Chicken and Waffles and the heart stopping country fried steak. Both dishes were large portions so make sure you are hungry when you get there. The Country Fried Steak was surrounded by green beans and mashed potatoes. The Chicken and Waffles were NOT nuggets, but real fried chicken that was great. This took a little long, but remember to be patient as they are making the fried chicken to order! Great meal, great server and reasonably priced.

   Birthday: Steaks over cooked, had a charred flavor and tough; requested new one which didn’t appear until all sides were already eaten. Management finally arrived and took care of the meals and provided deserts. That was generous but hope to have a better meal next time instead. Recommend not charring, it doesn’t add to the flavor (burnt taste) and is likely the cause for over cooking.

   Terrace does not honor reservations even though I told them it was thr the Beau Rivage website that I was directed to open table to make the reservation.

   The problem we experienced is the lack of service at the check in process. The two women had attitude when we mentioned we would prefer to not sit in a back corner, especially since there were so many available tables that just needed to be cleaned.

   the host at the restaurant was VERY COOPERATIVE in seating us in a timely manner, considering the fact that he had no reservation from OPEN TABLE on our behalf. This is the second time OPEN TABLE has completely let us down, but this time we were lucky enough that the host was able to find a place to seat us! As far as the restaurant goes, it was a fine experience and the food was good. Big portions but medium service. Not to happy with the waitress. I am terribly disappointed with OPEN TABLE. There is no excuse for this, especially TWO TIMES!

   Need to let the Hostess and Mgmt team know that reservations can be made from the Open Table app. Hostess and Asst. Mgr. acted like they were doing us a favor by seating us for our 10:30am reservation. The Asst. Mgr. had the audacity to tell me that you cannot make a reservation for the Terrace Cafe on Open Table App. This did not make for a pleasant dining experience when trying to celebrate my dad on Father’s Day.

   This place does not use open table! We have booked it twice & it was at least a 30 minute wait. Don’t know why it is on Open Table?

    When we arrived, we were informed that this restaurant does not take reservations and we would have to wait. We did not stay to eat.
