Splendida vista su Montreal, buona cucina, buoni i cocktail. Per un locale così però è una caduta di stile non avere nemmeno una bottiglia di prosecco …

We did the Monday- Wednesday dome experience for my husband’s birthday. Overall, the experience was divine- the restaurant was incredible, the service was amazing along with the food. We added the wine pairing to our pre-fixed menu and it did not disappoint! Where things did not go well was with the hotel itself. Upon arriving for our dinner on the Terrace- we opted for Valet parking in which the young man working the valet asked us if we were paying cash or by card. When we indicated cash he instructed us to park on the street just outside out of the driveway. When we finished our dinner as we approached the lobby- the hotel manager Eliana essentially treated my husband as a delinquent and was extremely frustrated by the fact that our car was parked where her employee instructed us to park it. On top of that there was a ticket agent there, writing up cars that were parked on the street and he let us know that it was the hotel manager that called and complained. Especially coming from an establishment of this stature- the experience was extremely poor and completely took away from the wonderful time we had in our restaurant. When explained to the Manager what her own employee told us to do and expressed that she would see it on the cameras.. the best she could offer to rectify this issue was offer free valet parking for the future. Needless to say we will not be returning.

The 5 course meal with wine pairing was one of the best culinary experience I’ve had. The view at night of the Old Port and Old Montreal was simply spectacular which overall impressed our guests from Texas. Being within a heated dome in the middle of winter contributed to the overall amazing evening. And to not forget, the service was impeccable, extremely friendly and accommodating to our out of town guests.

I had an amazing experience at Terrasse William Gray. The service was outstanding, and Vincent truly made the evening special for us. He was friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious, well-presented, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place and be sure to ask for Vincent – he’s fantastic!

C’était parfait dans les choix de plats en commençant par le plateau de fromages charcuterie excellent les amuse gueules nos plats risotto sanglier foie gras le gravlax feuilletté escargots et les desserts exquis. Kevin nous a donné un très bon service. La vie et l’ambiance ont couronné le tout… s’il y a une chose à modifier la table ronde un peu trop grande pour l’espace difficile de servir dans ces virconstances elle gagnerait à être plus petite moins large 💯♥️

Je recommande à tous! Nous étions 6 personnes et tous avons plus qu’adoré l’expérience autant pour la qualité exceptionnelle de la nourriture que de l’emplacement, la vue , le confort et le service merveilleux! Pour un anniversaire ou juste pour passer un très bon moment en famille ou entre amis allez-y sans hésiter.
