   The decor in this place was very cute. I would say they could ditch the table cloths as they were a weird material and fix the hospital lighting they got going on in there which is clashing poorly with the warm lights. Food was average - pretty sure the fries were Costco fries. Server was polite!

   This is very fine dining experience in q two stories establishment. The food quality is on par with 5 stars hotel. This place is usually not very busy, and they don't blast loud music like many other steak house or restaurant. You can have meaning conversation with family, loved one, or friends over a quality meal.

   We chose this place for a small company gathering and really enjoyed the atmosphere — cozy, stylish, and perfect for a relaxing evening. Everyone was very happy with the food; each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Great service and a lovely experience overall!

   Terre Rouge truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The dim lighting, tasteful decor, and gentle background music created the perfect setting for a relaxing and intimate dinner. The food, however, was the true star of the evening. We started with the beef tartare, which was nothing short of exceptional—fresh, delicately seasoned, and perfectly balanced in flavor. Every bite was smooth and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Then came the highlight: the steak. Cooked to absolute perfection, it had a beautifully seared crust and a juicy, tender center bursting with rich, smoky flavors. It was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. Beyond the incredible food, the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, always ready to offer recommendations and ensure that we had an unforgettable experience.    Dining at Terre Rouge was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were captivated by the warm and stylish ambiance—elegant yet comfortable, with just the right touch of sophistication. The highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, the food. The beef tartare was exquisite—fresh, perfectly seasoned, and wonderfully balanced in texture and flavor. It was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Then came the steak, and it was simply outstanding. Cooked to perfection, with a beautiful sear on the outside and a tender, juicy center, every bite was packed with deep, rich flavors that left us wanting more. Service was just as exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable without being intrusive. It’s rare to find a place that excels in both atmosphere and cuisine, but Terre Rouge delivers on all fronts. If you love great steaks and refined flavors, this is a must-visit.    Had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Terre Rouge. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The elegant decor, dim lighting, and soft background music set the perfect mood for a relaxing evening. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the food. The beef tartare was incredibly fresh and flavorful, perfectly seasoned with just the right balance of acidity and spice. It melted in our mouths and was an absolute delight. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with rich, smoky flavors. Every bite was pure bliss. On top of that, the service was impeccable.    My friend and I finally caved and tried Terre Rouge in Markham after like, *everyone* on Instagram wouldn’t shut up about it. Spoiler: It’s legit—but in a “cool, no-pressure” kind of way. The spot’s got this laid-back rustic feel—brick walls, chill music, and an open kitchen where you can spy on the chefs tossing pans around. We grabbed a table by the window, and our server was awesome—no snootiness, just solid recommendations. I ordered some lemon gin cocktail that tasted like a spa day in a glass. We went all-in and split the charcuterie board first. Salty meats, weird-but-good pickled cucumbers, and this mustard that slapped harder than it needed to. For mains, I got the **duck confit**—crispy skin, tender meat, and this fig glaze that had me shamelessly wiping the plate with bread. My friend’s **steak** was so perfectly cooked (like, *butter-soft* medium-rare) Dessert was mandatory, so we swapped the usual chocolate thing for **crème brûlée**. Best. Decision. Ever.
