**Our menu currently features a six course Chef's menu only.**

Our six course Chef's menu at Tersiguel's is a combination of authentic French-style cooking and rustic country fare reminiscent of cuisine found in Tersiguel's original home of Brittany, France. Tersiguel's cuisine is reflective of the seasons, with a garden that produces lettuces, herbs, vegetables, fruits and edible flowers. Tersiguel's is quintessential French Country "from the farm to your plate" cooking. Chef Tersiguel describes his food as "French soul food". The Tersiguel family has operated one of the regions best restaurants for over 45 years and continues this tradition with annual ratings of "Best French Restaurant" from the Zagat and Baltimore Magazine.

We had an absolutely incredible dinner at Tersiguel's. Each dish was delicious. The ambience was beautiful, perfect for a special occasion dinner. Dishes featured in our dinner include smoked salmon, monk fish, veal, and venison. Tersiguel's only seats 20 guests per seating, so the service is intimate and excellent. Charlie, the head waiter, is a gem of a human being. We had such a nice conversation before our meal, and he explained the context of the house Tersiguel's is in as well as each component of our meal throughout the night. We will definitely return soon and cannot recommend Tersiguel's enough.

We experienced an amazing 6 course chef's menu at Tersiguel's. The flavors were delicious and the presentation was beautiful. We enjoyed the waiter's description of each course. It was the best monkfish and venison that we ever had! We will be back.

As usual, top notch service and innovative food was the rule this evening. Their 6 course prix fixe menu was a bargain at $99 a person. Each unique dish was expertly prepared and delivered to the table with perfect spacing. The Christmas setting was a wonderful touch that went well with the snowy surroundings. All in all a special treat that will be remembered for a long time.

My wife and I enjoyed the whole experience at the restaurant. You could tell the food and plating was prepared by classical French trained chefs, the staff was attentive but not hovering and our waiter did a great job describing each dish (you could tell he took pride in his job and the restaurant). We will be back to try the summer menu.

Tersiguel’s continues to be a family favorite. This is not just a restaurant, but a dining experience. The atmosphere, the quality of food, and the attention to detail make it a special place. We will keep coming back!

It’s been a few years since we dined at Tersiguels…it was just okay, not the culinary experience I remember. The service was very good even though we felt a bit rushed to exit for the 2nd seating. For the price, I’m not sure we’ll return.

From the greeting at the door to our coats being retrieved for us at the end of the meal we enjoyed every minute of our dining experience. All courses were outstanding and the service was impeccable. We definitely will dine here again... outstanding in every way.
