I had to wait 45 mins after my reservation. Food is good, service is great! Just the reservation system is not good

The food is incredible as always. It’s a great place to go hungry and leave well satisfied! It was our second time and looking forward to the next time!

Disappointing Experience at Texas de Brazil in Irvine Texas de Brazil has always been a favorite, but our last two visits were disappointing. The main reason you go to a Brazilian steakhouse is for the meat, not to fill up on the buffet and drinks. We waited 20 minutes after being seated before any meat was served, and in the first 30 minutes, we only saw one server. Despite informing our waitress multiple times, it wasn’t until I spoke to the manager that the meat service improved. By then, 45 minutes had passed, and we were already full from the buffet and drinks we ordered. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the slow service defeated the purpose of the experience almost feeling ignored and as if it was intention (we were a group of 10). I hope this can be improved for future visits.

We had a great experience at this Texas De Brazil- I've gone to several different locations but this one is definitely top 3. This time dining we had a party of 12 I made a reservation using open table super quick super easy. Our waiter I believe his name was Billy was amazing!!!!!! having a good server can make or break your experience. My family was in between the Rancho location or Irvine, Irvine is a bit of a longer commute for us, so glad we chose Irvine.

We went on Friday 13th our reservation was at 6:45 we sat down at 7:50 waited more than an hour It was my daughter’s birthday she was planning to go out afterwards with her friends and celebrate which she didn’t, Besides that the food was good and our waitress was sweet and polite, Wish they respected reservation time better and the dining room was quite noisy.
