The experience was phenomenal. We’ve been to a few Brazilian steakhouses and this one by far is the best. The service and food were both incredible. We’ll definitely be back.

Food and ambiance were fabulous. Wait staff were very attentive. Never had to wait for a server to come by to offer another meat choice.

They didn't acknowledge my Birthday even when it was on the reservation and my wife told them while we were there.

My partner and I booked a table on Christmas Day. We thought that they would be so busy that no one would pay mind to us, but we were wrong. Our waiter was very attentive the whole time we were there, and made recommendations for food and drinks to try. He was so kind to us celebrating a special occasion and made time to get to know us and cater to our needs by asking us what our favorite food was to made sure it was brought to our table. My favorite was the spicy meat and the strawberry margarita. Would 100% come back here again.

Service was disappointing, we were at a table in the far corner, servers did not come around frequently. Had to ask 4 times for someone to bring ketchup and 3 times for the Brazilian sausage.

Very overpriced for what you receive. A lot of same beef dishes. This was Christmas dinner and it was not worth it. The salad bar was okay. Regular food items on there. The Lobster bisque was just a creamy broth. There was no lobster or vegetables. We spent over $300 and most of us ate from the salad bar. We had 3 little children who barely ate anything. It was not upscale and was very small.

My family has been going to Texas de Brazil Orland Park for Christmas for the past 3 years. This year the experience was sub par. We were sat at the corner table to the left by the window. We felt forgotten about. It took a while for the wait staff to come and greet us. People that were seated after us received drinks and sides before us. It seemed like the meat servers forgot about us as well. The would go to tables near us then leave. The quality and taste of the meat has even declined when we did get it. I don’t feel like we weren’t offered all the meats. Worst table in the house. Also it was cold in the corner. The only paper towels in the women’s bathroom were all over the floor.
