Despite that their website lists a variety of meats, included filet mignon, we were not presented with any quality meats. We asked for them to be brought a number of times, but we were consistently ignored. They kept bringing Parmesan Pork and chicken thighs. They did bring what was described as a “spicy sirloin”, but it was fatty and tough. The salad bar, although large, was lackluster. Their were no warm sides other than potatoes. The atmosphere was hectic. There was no system. The servers were practically running into one another. Each time they served meat they rested the skewer on the table leaving a slick of oil behind. If you want to eat at a buffet style restaurant where the person in front of you actually takes the entire contents of the plate you were waiting for, this is your place. In short, it was disgusting. A very low end dining experience. I wish I could give this zero stars.

I don't appreciate being offered bloody meat all night. Had to constantly ask for well done one of the servers got offended had an attitude and burned my meat on purpose. Everybody doesn't eat red meat..

This is our 5th Thanksgiving celebrated at Texas de Brazil - Rochester and this year was the best yet. The food was as always delicious and the service was impeccable. Definitely a holiday tradition we will stick with.

Great service and food, as always. We had our 2 and 4 year old with us at a lunch time slot, which was perfect.

My son picked Texas De Brazil for his 9th Birthday, now three years in a row. The manager saw that our child had made a shirt advertising the restaurant and brought back a company hat out of the office making our son’s birthday that much more special.

Meat flavors were a little inconsistent but some very good. Salad bar could have used more items. Service was great. Our server, April, was wonderful. For some reason, the hostess changed our reservation from 6 people to 4 people because we had 2 children. Then tried to seat us at a table for five, which was not big enough.

Texas de Brazil is a great place to enjoy a meal. We went for my spouse’s birthday and he loved it! This is my 4th time dining at Texas de Brazil and I’m never disappointed.

We arrived a couple minutes before our reservation and was sat almost immediately. The staff is always so friendly and patient with our young child. Was given a great suggestion for a cocktail to enjoy with my meal. After we left, they called before we even got to our car to inform us that our child had left her little purse which tells us how diligent they are to clean the table so it’s ready for another couple family or group to dine. Cannot wait to return.
