Service was poor from our waiter. It affected the entire experience. This is not normal from them, and it seemed to be just the section I was in, as there were other tables having what appeared to be similar experiences. I hate that it was a one off and I would normally give it 5 stars across the board.

                                                                                                                                                                                                We have been going to Texas de Brazil for Christmas dinner the last 4 or 5 years. Our reservation was at 7:30 and we were immediately seated. Our server got our drinks out right away. The salad bar was on point as usual. We were off to a great start. It took nearly an hour before we got our first piece of protein and over an hour to get one cooked to our preferred temperature despite being asked by multiple staff what we would like. Multiple times the meat ran out at the table just before ours. There were several parties sat after us that finished well before us. Once we finally got some meat, the rest of the meal was fine. It was Christmas, the restaurant was busy, and we gave lots of grace. We will still visit Texas de Brazil in the future, but we may rethink spending our Christmas night there.
