Excellent service. The waitress was great she put up with my husband's terrible jokes. Delicious food. I have never had a bad experience

We went there in January and the food was so good, but this time it was not good. Most of it was burnt, over cooked, and dry. We got dessert that was $12 a piece and not good either. The servers were good, but overall, I would not go back. There were 4 of us and it cost $295, plus a 20% tip.

Everything was delicious. It was our first time going there and we didn’t know what to expect but it was wonderful. The food was delicious cooked perfectly. Will be going back.

It was my first experience here & it was amazing. Unbelievably friendly team & the greeter was very knowledgeable & helpful. Bravo!!

We were traveling through Ohio and looking for a place to celebrate our dojo's tournament victories. We received amicable service. The dining area is clean and nicely decorated. The atmosphere is jovial and inviting. The quality of service is unmatched. Our meal was delectable and made our journey more memorable. There is nothing better than a delicious meal surrounded by wonderful people. Thank you to Texas de Brazil- Westlake for a memorable day. We will return again, Osu!

The food was good, however they gave us a table off to the corner in a separate room so we had to wait for someone to come around and serve us the steak, often after long pauses in between

Absolutely awful. Sides were served cold. Meat had no flavor and was tough.

Me and two other friends wanted to use up some of our vip coupons for half off dinner before they expired. The service was great, meats came out of the kitchen at a nice flow, and it was a good dining experience for us. I would recommend buying the vip coupons when they come out next year. Be sure to read what days they are valid for. In 2023, you could use them on Sundays but that was changed for 2024. In 2024, the coupons were valid Monday through Thursday not including holidays. If you’re not a carnivore, there are lots of things to choose from the salad bar and hot food area. Not sure what the salad bar only price is but less then the full dinner price.
