   We arrived 15 minutes prior to our OpenTable Reservation and was told we still had to wait 30 minutes, we could visibility see our reservation on the screen at the hostess desk, When asked what the purpose of using OpenTable was the hostess walked away to go check with someone it was obvious she had no knowledge of how opentable work another hostess came over we told her we had an OpenTable reservation and she seated us immediately. I think with a little training of hostesses the first encounter could have been avoided.

   Headed back to Kansas City Missouri Metro from Florida so we stopped by since the one in Independence, MO closed several years ago. Love the bbq sauce/glaze!

   We had excellent service and wonderful food. Also the Flaming Mai Tai was delicious Wish you sold the sauces in this restaurant!!! Our server was busy, yet attentive to our needs.

   Stopped for a quick bite on our way to St. Louis. Food and service by our waiter, Marlow, were excellent. The manager came by to check on our table, as well. That’s always a sign of a well run location.

   Was my first visit in years. Had the ribs. The sauce was outstanding but I’m certain my ribs were not cooked that same day. Had a very “leftover-y” taste to them. Will probably not return.

   The waitress is amazing and I love the fact you all have military discounts this was my first time in Columbia the food was great and so was the hospitality my waitress was light skinned I think she might have needs mixed curly natural hair that stopped at her shoulders and straight teeth and short lol I hate I forgot her name because she moved and grooves and kept everything polite I came on a Saturday May 12th had a party of 8 and a reservation at 3:00pm my name was Karen Richmond over the reservation I hope you all find her and promote her ! Thanks for listening and sorry for the paragraph!!!
