   We we're suppose to celebrate my fathers birthday but it was the worst dining experience we got from tgif. 1st our table was nnot clean and not properly arrange. Secondly the person who took our orders forgot to punch in our orders correctly! We were done eating when the drinks to our table. And I had a special request since it was a birthday celebration but unfortunately i had to cancel the dessert and the singing since we are all done eating! We had the WORST EXPERIENCE in TGIF MOA!!!!!

   They don't actually do a reserved seat we expected that when arriving we don't have to wait for our seat but it turns out we have to wait.

   We understand that there was an event that night but for some reason, it took the servers sooooooo long to serve our table, particularly our table. We arrived at 6:30 and our order was completed by 9:30 pm. Our orders also arrived one by one and ironically, the appetizers were served last. By the time the food were all complete, my brother was already so dizzy because he got so hungry already. It took them some time to serve other tables as well given the number of customers at that time but our table was really served last. Even those that came after us got their orders before us. Food was also VERY bland in taste. We didn't like everything they served. The manager was so accommodating and nice thought but the rest of the staff, not much. She was the only one who handled our requests promptly and gave us good customer service. We were so patient because there were so many people so it was understandable but some of the staff are ignoring customers' requests on purpose. The management should have anticipated the number of customers especially when there are events like this. Kudos to this manager. Just to mention, we also came with a birthday celebrant that time so we were expecting good food and a fun night but it was really not a pleasant experience for all of us. We used to love TGI Fridays but this was just traumatizing.

   To noisy and light was too bright. We have to wait yo be seated even of we have online reservation. Server UNO was excellent.

   The food we got i think is too expensive for the serving. It was we got our entree platter served last minute and we were not able to enjoy it since everybody was already full. The service is awesome and they allowed out pet and provided food bowl as well.
