A place where every day of the week felt like Friday. And Friday nights as we know it got their start. That place was Alan Stillman’s bar, TGI Fridays™.

First, I made a reservation through Open Table and even confirmed my appearance there beforehand. When we hot there, my name wasn’t on the list, I was disappointed because I’m with my 2 niece who were celebrating their birthday that day, and I even put a not on the reservation to sing a Happy Birthday Song for them but the restaurant never did. The food was mixed up, the waiter is giving our food to the other table where in fact I already told him that that’s ours. I’m a loyal customer of TGIF SM Sta Rosa but I think this is the last time that I will eat on this restaurant. The only goodthing they have here is Angie, Shark and the Manager, other than that, thumbs down for this last experience we had with them. 👎🏻

It was fun dining here, everyone was so professional. I’d like to commend the server named “Shark” who made me very comfortable.

Food weren't presentable especially the Whiskey Glazed Ribs given that it's one of the specials. Service was okay-ish. Had to wait for 10 mins just to get water which is unacceptable for the price you're paying.
