    We will definitely be back! We will definitely be recommending this place to others! We’ve tried ALL of the local Thai restaurants our area has to offer, and have been looking for a more upscale finer dining Thai cuisine experience for quite some time. While researching a good place to have our Valentine’s Day dinner we came across Thai Chiang Rai in the search results and after reading all of the glowing reviews from passed consumers and visiting the restaurant’s social media pages, we decided to make a reservation. We were SO impressed! The service was IMPECCABLE! Servers were quick, courteous, professional, well-mannered, friendly, & attentive! We had to “flag” down a server only a couple times and ONLY because we kept forgetting to mention/request an item when our server was at our table, so it was our fault for that, not on the server. Otherwise, we never had to ask for refills or for anything. All of our needs were tended to promptly. We had the pleasure of being greeted by one of the restaurant managers who verbally communicated and described in detail all of their specials for the evening, & even gave us some back story on the owner of the establishment and how the business came to be, where they get their products and ingredients from, etc. He returned to our table a couple of times to make sure we were satisfied and all of our needs were being met to our satisfaction. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! The presentation of our food & the table setting and the restaurant was spectacular! We enjoyed the following items during this visit: •Chicken Pad See Ew •Tom Kha w/ Chicken •Fresh Summer Rolls •Mango Sticky Rice •Sparkling Moscato •The Thailander •Thai Iced Tea •Duck Special •Som Tam (Papaya Salad) We give all items a 5/5 stars! Thank you for having us and for making our night so special! We will see you all again soon! **The only reason why noise level was rated high was because they had a live music performer playing in the dining area we were sat

    Super friendly staff and ontop of their game when it came to getting us new drinks and refills. food was the best we’ve had in destin

    The service was fantastic, and the food was excellent. I had the Grandpa's main dish and it was delicious!

    The entrees were very good; however, the appetizers were a little expensive for the amount and the chicken on a stick was very dry.

    I have visited many times before. This time I was the last customer but verified the time with the hostess and they seated me and offered my reservation through open table. When I received my bill I was charged $12.95 for one bottle of sparkling water. This was a fraudulent charge and when I asked my server, he stated he was told to charge that amount. This is theft and a lack of respect for for their customer and a 3rd world attitude. What an awful feeling I was left with, however I paid and still left a tip.
