    Chef Annie’s love for cooking started when she moved to the United States in 2012. She thinks about food all day; what it looks like, what it tastes like, and most of all, how it makes people feel connected and content. For Annie, cooking is a passion, a legacy, and a bridge. Cooking is a way for her to feel joy honoring her mother and her first home by serving the people in her new community. That is why Annie and her husband Ryan, a Rochester native, created ThaiPop. It is a labor of love to bring two homes and two worlds together in one place, to honor all who came before by serving all who gather today and tomorrow.

     not the first time I’ve done that Thai pop. I believe this was my second trip and it was just as good as the first.

    ThaiPop is my absolute favorite restaurant in the city and they never disappoint. This time my husband an I came here for a dinner with a friend who were visiting from DC. We ordered Yum Yum Wings, Coconut Brisket, House Curry, Pad See Ew. Perfect portion for us. The food was delicious, the service was great, the ambience was wonderful. We had a friendly conversation with the table next to us on which dish we liked there. It's that kind of place where people and staff are all so friendly. Will keep coming back.

    Yuri is an excellent waitress- very knowledgeable about the menu ; very friendly and efficient I’m happy to have ThaiPop here when working in Rochester

    Food was delicious. Had Tom yum soup. It was a huge bowl very good flavor. Would go again just for that.
