The Adriatic at Oakbrook invites you to dine with the most award-winning chef in the South Sound, Chef Bill Trudnowski. Famous for his Italian and Mediterranean cuisine Chef Bill partnered with the Oakbrook Golf Course to create a unique dining experience where guests can enjoy Rigatoni with Bolognese, the Adriatic Burger, or Creamy Porcini Mushroom Soup while taking in the peaceful surroundings of the golf course. Since opening in November of 2019 Chef Bill and his team have added a Wine Spector Award (2023) to their list of accomplishments. We invite you to join us for Happy Hour, Lunch & Dinner, Holidays, Patio Dining, Wine Wednesday, Banquets, etc. for a truly unique dining experience.

    We had a wonderfully intimate dinner. The food was delicious and the service we received from Nicki was excellent.

    Overall our dinner at The Adriatic was good. The food was very tasty (except we didn't care for their version of tiramisu which was like a brownie with a ball of mascarpone mixture on top). The service was friendly enough. But the biggest disappointment was the wait time for the food. We were at the restaurant well over an hour before we got our entrees. It was not busy so we're not sure why it took so long. In any case, I think we would try it again based on the food to see if things would move more quickly.

    four different menu items by four different people. seafood, chicken, pork, salad with good portions, attentive server, early reservation so quiet for conversation. would recommend highly

    We are so happy that Chef Bill has so many of his wonderful dishes from his past restaurant in this menu. Nikki was our server and she is wonderful!!! We had the ceasar salad, crisp condone tossed with a snacking dressing with the slight sharpness of anchovies with garlic and cheese. The bread with smeared garlic and Cambazola cheese is a winner! We need to come back at dinner time to enjoy the ahi tuna and grilled romaine salad

    The food was delicious,but the service was slow and took a great experience and made it miserable. There were two staff focused on decorating vs helping the single waiter. The single waiter was nice but overwhelmed.

    This restaurant is so good. Love coming here. The food quality is excellent and prices are good too. Great service and nice people!

    Excellent food and excellent service! Chef Bill smokes the salmon himself and it is the best I have ever had.
