   What a great experience with all the different flavors and spices used on each course. The sweet potato dish was a perfect combination of sweet and savory. The chicken liver mousse was light and fluffy. The Campanelli pasta was absolutely incredible and nothing like I’d had before. Excellent service and the staff seemed very committed to the place and wanted to make sure you were enjoying every course. Kind of strange with all the counter seating, but then I much prefer a comfortable table with chairs

   This was our second visit to The Aperture. The food and service continues be the best of the best. What a wonderful culinary experience!

   The service was top notch. A great experience. We were spoiled! Delicious wood grilled pita and the sweet potato dish was to die for! But the entrées were just okay. I ordered the gnoccetti, which was bitter, far too tough for my taste, and nearly inedible. Disappointing for a restaurant like this. But I'd go again and try something else. Might just be my palate.

   Food was amazing and the staff was great! I also appreciated how diverse the staff was. We loved the food and our experience.

   The gravlax was fantastic, and the mussel chowder that comes with the striped bass, omg, I wish I could just order a bowl of chowder!

   We were so impressed! The food was divine. The service impeccable. The chef came and spoke with us. everyone was knowledgable and so down to earth at the same time. So impressed! Highly recommend it.

   Service was informative and delightful. Food was all delicious. However, it took 20 mins from ordering to get the first 2 dishes (carrots and lamb ribs) then another 25 mins for the pasta and meal courses to be served. There were only 5 other tables seated so they were not busy. Lamb ribs were flavorful but very fatty, however the veggies served with it each had their own flavors. The sea bass and Waygu Short Rib were delicious as well as the carrots.
