I've been here 4 times now in 2 years. 3rd time the food was served cold. And second time I had to chase an order that's been forgotten somehow. I hope they have it sorted next visit. I don't mind the long 1 hour + wait on the food if it arrives at the same time and warm for our table.. it also seems a few waiters seem to ignore their customers and avoid eye contact when they walk by..

Service total asozial und unfreundlich, wurden überhaupt nicht ernst genommen, ausgelacht, lustlos bedient etc.. war immer begeistert von dem Laden aber, NIE WIEDER! Traurig das die Service Mitarbeiter den Laden so verhunzen !
