Everyone was very friendly. Menu didn't have a lot of choices, but we ordered was very good. Kristen our server was excellent - she knew how to read her customers - she never rush us and really knew the menu & had answers to all our questions.

The Rigatoni Bolognese that I ate I recommend to everybody. It was superb in presentation but mostly IN TASTE!!! Good portion also. In fact I should have eaten less than full portion, but its deliciousness made me eat it all. And the bread was out of this world, 4 rolls, different kinds.

Way too cold in the DR. Not even close to comfortable. No one did anything about it. Terrible.

We had a wonderful experience! The food was perfect. Our server, Chelsie was terrific- attentive and skilled and lovely to be with. The view was beautiful. I wish we lived closer so we could come back again and again!

Sat outside, 4 of us. Was just a great overall experience. Thought it might be busy being the farmers market was going on and just after church so made reservations although they would not have been needed that day.

We all enjoyed our dinning experience from begging to end. We had reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our table was facing out toward the lake. A large semi-circle which accommodated 4 people with ample room. The manager seated us and introduced himself. Our waitress Kelly was excellent and very accommodating. The entrees were excellent everyone enjoyed their meal and we all look forwarded to going again.

The environment and service were exceptional for a birthday dinner. The asparagus wrap with prime rib & lobster fritter appetizer were excellent. For dinner, the filet was initially overcooked but easily corrected with another filet. The seafood pastry was excellent, along with the cocktails. We would definitely return and recommend The Banyan House for dinner & that special occasion. 😋
