                                                            We have been dining at the Barn at Allenbury for years. This was by far the worst meals we have been served. Our family of 6 adults and 1 child were at the dinner. At our 6:15 reservation, there were some drink and side options not available (broccoli, pumpkin spice drink, etc.) Four of us had their prix fixe Surf & Turf meal. The Ahi Tuna was OK, my 8oz Rib Eye steak was cooked accurately--but served cool, the sides were sparce (3 asparagus for one side and a couple of roasted vegetables for my second side). The worst was our cool, over cooked lobster tails. It was the first time we were ever served lobster tail without drawn butter. To make it worst, one of us was served their main course lobster with a long hair on it. That was immediately noticed and removed from our table. When the replaced meal was served a little later, we could tell it was a much better lobster tail (we shared a taste of it from the recipient). That all being said, the waitress and assistant waiter were fine. The drinks were reasonably pricied. Returning to The Barn will not be something I see our family doing anytime soon.

                                                            Always a wonderful experience! The play was amazing and then dinner was the cherry on top! From the host to the servers and managers, hospitality is never lacking at The Barn and is clearly their agenda. Well done!
