Dagli editor di OpenTable: Top Chef star Jamie Tran leans on her Vietnamese roots at this upscale restaurant that Eater Vegas named restaurant of the year when it opened in 2017. That means you'll find dishes like imperial rolls stuffed with duroc pork and shrimp and sautéed glass noodles in a spicy gochujang sauce all served in a spacious, industrial-chic dining room adorned with exposed lights and plenty of mirrors on the walls. The flight of Japanese whiskies makes any meal here extra special.

                                        Cannot fault our experience and food at The Black Sheep. Our server, Hunter, was wonderful and attentive. He was able to help explain the menu to us, specifically in reference to my food intolerances. Meal highlights include Salmon Skin Tacos and the Beef Chilli Crisps - wish we could have taken bags of them home with us! The restaurant was a little piece of calm outside of a mad Vegas strip. 20 minutes in a Lyft, and well worth the effort of getting out and about.

                                        We went to celebrate a birthday and we were treated to delicious food all evening long. The starters were excellent and got us excited for the entrees. The hamachi was a revelation! We ordered nearly all the entrees. Everyone reported that their dishes were amazing. Dessert was just as much a highlight as everything that hit the table. Chocolate tres leches. Can't wait to return.

                                        The restaurant is really nice, you have to go and experience it yourself. The menu is different, more on the fusion side which is great!! Would I go back and dine again? Absolutely!!

                                        We had a lovely dinner visiting with my family from Ireland. Our waitress was very professional and very well informed and explained to us about any of the dishes on the menu. We had a lovely night, the food was delicious, nice choice and variation on menu. Thank you.

                                        The servers were accommodating and attentive. The cocktails, mocktails and food were all very good. We had the poached pear salad (with whipped citrus cheese, crispy prosciutto, candied walnuts & basil vinaigrette), vegan Vietnamese sautéed glass noodles, one of the nightly special - spicy karage chicken on toast, and the oxtail empanadas. I loved all the dishes and would have had dessert but had no room for it. I would highly recommend the poached pear salad!

                                        The rainbow trout is to die for, the short rib was very disappointing, the scallops on crispy rice were fantastic, and the swiss roll was incredible.
