We had booked 2 tables of 10 and one for 6. The reservation was for 7.30 pm on Saturday. They were nice to accommodate the large group and give us 3 big tables. The problem was lack of service, delay in bringing our food and they were highly disorganized. We didn’t get our drinks until 8.30 pm. Our dinner came between 9.30 and 10 am staggered for 30 mins. The buttermilk fried chicken was burnt- looked black, the arugula griddle sandwiches were soggy. We had about 12 kids ( ages 10-17) who got their dinner after 9.30 pm for a 7.30 pm reservation. After all of this, we were not given any break in our check and they already put in a 20% gratuity as we were a large group. So we paid full price with a nice gratuity for bad food and service! Do not go here if you are a big group!

We were a party of 8 for brunch and had a table in our own area (surrounded by games!). Food was great; something for everyone.

Only a $6 gaming fee and not overly crowded so we could stay and play games for several hours without worrying about anyone else waiting to take our spot. Great experience!

The food was just "okay" and the service was a bit difficult. It was my birthday, so a bit disheartening after the experience. When we arrived for our reservation, we stood at the desk waiting for someone to assist for at least 5 minutes. I then walked over to the drink station/registers and they finally decided to acknowledge me. I had to wait a little longer as they tried to prepare the table that we reserved, so I was a bit concerned. When we were finally escorted tot he 2nd floor, 20 minutes after our reservation time, it took a bit longer to place an order as there was only one person handling the entire upstairs. He was very nice and I felt bad for him. The food wasn't amazing enough for me to return and deal with the possible lack of service.

Board and Brew is ok- I had a Greek salad that had way too many black olives & Feta cheese- couldn’t finish it- Everyone else’s was pretty good. We asked about playing the games and they charge you $6 a person to play them in addition to your food costs. We decided not to play but the charge was put on our bill. We didn’t realize it because they don’t actually give you a bill- just the machine to pay when the server came over to our table so we could pay. Before leaving I said to my husband- I think it’s a lot of $$ so please double check & make sure he didn’t charge us for the games. Sure enough he did and he never checked with us to see if we actually played them. He readily removed the charge so that’s ok.

They didn’t have rummikub which we were excited to play! the black bean burger was dry😔 there was not 600 games in the game library as promised. Overall 6/10 experience
