   We came for Sunday lunch. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The roast was outstanding, I had lamb and my partner had poussin, both meats were lovely, I don't like pink lamb so they made mine medium and it was perfect. We had the pear tart for dessert and although nice it wasn't exactly what we were expecting and for £14 was very small. Pastry was very crunchy and a bit hard to cut in to. Overall though I would definitely go back for Sunday lunch again, as couldn't fault that, I would just skip dessert.

   First time at the Bridge Arms for a birthday treat. Fabulous small pub with great staff who were relaxed and very knowledgable about the dishes and extensive wine menu. Superbly cooked, flavoured and presented food. We were not rushed at all, although we were joined by some ants coming out at this time of the year. As meals go it was pricey but well worth it for a treat

   Wonderfully locally sourced and fresh food very well presented and prepared to perfection. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The choice of music is not to everyone’s taste and unfortunately the fireplace was not lit today which would have been nice on this damp and cool Sunday.

   Lovely venue, friendly and welcoming staff. Very wide selection on the menu. Definitely will go back.
