Celebrating authentic Singaporean, Malaysian and Chinese cuisines made from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. The new restaurant has undergone a full interior renovation and features an upscale bar.
The Bugis is set in the elegant ambience of the Bailey’s Hotel South Kensington.
Why not savour the signature appetiser, “Steamed Cornish Diver Scallops with Black Bean Sauce or Salt and Pepper Soft Shell Crab with Fresh Chilli.” The restaurant prides itself on using finest local British suppliers, for example “Hainanese Chicken” which is sourced from Norfolk
A fusion of fine Asian food, choose from Noyonya Assam Fillet Seabass, Golden Fragrance Kam Heong Chicken or sliced Angus beef with black bean sauce to name a few delicious dishes. The Singapore Favourites part of the menu offers a delicious array from Laksa, Penang Char Kway Teow or Bak Kut Teh.

Mangiato bene.. unica nota negativa il costo del servizio più di 11£ senza nemmeno che ci portassero il pane.. quello lo abbiamo dovuto richiedere noi al costo di 4£ ... caffè 3£ esagerati! Il cibo comunque era molto buono Ci torneremo comunque il giorno di san valentino

The food quality has gone down. I'm not sure if it was because it was a Friday night but except for the soup and nasi goreng everything else was disappointing. Also the cocktails were terrible and it felt like the barman was trying to poison us.

Lovely family lunch, close to the museums. Really friendly and prompt service - and tasty food. Lunch menu was good value.

The service was very bad. they rushed us to finish eating because they were in a hurry to close and set up for breakfast the next day. shameful service for a hotel restaurant. they shouldn't have taken a reservation at 9 pm.

Perfect place to try variety of Singapore Cuisine . Super healthy , lot of fish , seafood , beef accompanied by wonderful sauces , very well seasoned not so spicy . Lot of flavours going on on the table . Great selection of fine wines . Customer service outstanding. You don’t wait for anything, you don’t need to ask - they are there to serve and read your mind . Very happy for our choice to celebrate New Year’s Eve dinner . In addition restaurant beautifully placed in hotel , very classy , with soft diner music in the background. Outstanding!
